Dave and Kim. Thoughful arrangements of contemporary and traditional folk with guitarist/singer Kim Phillips-Lord, Banbury-based. We even played at a Teddy Bear Festival once, in 1983. One spin-off at this time was the Warwickshire Folklore events which we put on, under the auspices of the Rural Warwickshire Agency. Another was Sun Rising Morris, for which I played fiddle, and also danced (badly). Still another was my playing fiddle in a production of The Wellesbourne Tree in March 1984, with Mike Smith on guitar and Tony Freeman on bass. |
